You pay exactly the price set by the canteen. No hidden markups. No inflated pricing.

🟢 Platform Fee

  • A small fee charged by TownTable to maintain and improve the platform
  • Typically minimal (may vary per order)
  • Clearly shown before checkout

⚠️ Platform fee is non-refundable

🟢 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is handled by the canteen
  • Available within IIIT Guwahati campus

🟡 Minimum Order Value

Minimum order: ₹99

💳 Payment Method

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • You will be redirected to your UPI app for payment confirmation

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

  • If an order is cancelled, eligible refunds are processed as per our Refund Policy
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued to the original payment method
